Poland's GDP now seen rising 3.5 pct in '21, down to 4.5 pct in '22 - IMF

Poland's GDP growth should increase up to 3.5 percent in 2021 and decrease to 4.5 percent in 2022, according to the latest World Economic Outlook by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). In late January, IMF expected Poland's GDP growth to reach 2.7 percent in 2021 and 5.1 percent in 2022. The CPI inflation is forecasted at 3.2 percent in 2021 and 2.5 percent in 2022. According to the IMF's estimates, the current account surplus is expected to amount to 2.0 percent in 2021 and 1.3 percent in 2022.
