Hungary should reject the method of crisis management as suggested by the European Union because taking those measures would work to the detriment of the country, Prime Minister Viktor Orban told a conference on Thursday. Hungary should "walk its own way" and "resist the pressure" for measures that would be disadvantageous, such as the introduction of a property tax, the prime minister told the conference organised to assess the government's achievements during its first two years.
