Only 41pc of Czechs satisfied with EU membership, says survey

Only 41 percent of Czechs are satisfied with their country's EU membership, which has been the lowest proportion since the EU entry in 2004, according to an April survey the STEM agency released to CTK on Thursday. Almost three-quarters of respondents are convinced that the Czech Republic is not able to play an active role in the EU. Public satisfaction with EU membership has decreased by 9 percent year-on-year.
