Kalinak confirms gaspar as Slovak police corps president

Slovakia's Police Corps is to be headed by a new president, with current chief Jaroslav Spisiak replaced by just appointed head of the Office for Combatting Corruption Tibor Gaspar, Interior Minister Robert Kalinak confirmed on Wednesday. The change is likely to take place as early as next week, said Kalinak. Gaspar also served as the chief of the Office for Combatting Corruption during Robert Fico's first government (2006-10).
