Hungary's media law enacted with procedural error, Ader says

Hungary's President Janos Ader has found a recent amendment to Hungary's media law perfect from the aspect of constitutionality but asked Parliament to revisit the legislation to correct a procedural error. In a letter addressed to Parliament, Ader wrote that he had examined the law on "amending some laws pertaining to media services and press products" and found it to be in line with the constitution and all formal requirements. The legislation in question cleared Parliament on May 24.
