Hungary govt condemns vandalisation of Holocaust memorial

May 25th, 2012

The Hungarian government firmly condemns the vandalisation of a Holocaust monument in Budapest earlier on Friday, the Government Spokesman's Office said in a statement sent to MTI. The cabinet condemns all extreme manifestations and provocations, whether from the political left or right, the statement said. The Holocaust memorial in the 13th district was found daubed with anti-Semitic slogans early on Friday.
