Govt cooperation with ANO not easy, says CSSD leader

Cooperation with the senior ruling ANO party is not easy for its coalition partner Social Democrats (CSSD) and it has been even more challenging since Andrej Babis became prime minister, CSSD leader and Interior Minister Jan Hamacek said in his evaluation speech at his party's online congress on Friday. The Czech Republic would be doing much worse in managing the coronavirus epidemic without the CSSD, the Central Crisis Staff (UKS) led by the Interior Ministry and experts at the [CSSD-run] Labour and Social Affairs Ministry, he added.
