Gasparovic sends message of condolences to Italian president

Slovak President Ivan Gasparovic has sent a message of condolences to his Italian counterpart Giorgio Napolitano regarding Tuesday's earthquake, the President's Office press department said on Wednesday. The earthquake, which had a magnitude of 5.8, is now thought to have killed at least 17 people.
