Five deaths after COVID vaccine recorded in Czech Republic in past week

The Czech State Drug Control Institute (SUKL) registered five deaths that might have been connected with the COVID-19 vaccination in the past week and 36 such cases in total, it wrote in its regular report on the vaccines' suspected adverse effects released today. The SUKL has sent the report to the European database of adverse effects for assessment.
