The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) today dismissed complaints of Czech parents who turned to court over mandatory vaccination of their children, saying in its ruling that Czechia did not breach their rights to private and family life when insisting on the inoculation. The court dealt with six complaints in total, the first lodged in 2013. Most of the complaints concerned kindergartens refusing to accept non-vaccinated children.
