EC sues Poland, other states for legislation delay

The European Commission sued Poland, Belgium, Portugal and Slovenia to the EU Court of Justice for their failure to implement into national legal systems of two EU directives concerning telecoms. Poland faces fines of EUR 112,000 per day if it loses the case. The spokesman for the administration and digitalisation minister told PAP Thursday that a respective bill was in the government works and would be filed in parliament before its summer recess.
