Defence minister praises Czech soldiers on visit to Afghanistan

Defence Minister Alexandr Vondra praised the work of Czech soldiers in Afghanistan during his visit to the Afghan bases at which they are deployed, the ministry said on Tuesday. "I visited Afghanistan again after some time to support the Czech soldiers who do perfect work here, which is also appreciated by our Allies," Vondra said "Afghanistan is still a dangerous place," Vondra said adding that he is glad that all Czech soldiers in the country have been in order this year.
