The Czech Republic will send two experts to Afghanistan to train Afghan firefighters correctly cope with natural disasters, terrorist attacks, traffic accidents or evacuation of people, the firefighters' spokeswoman Ivana Svitakova told CTK on Wednesday. The two firefighters experts will operate within the Czech Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) in the capital of the Afghan province Logar, Pol-e Alam. The Czechs have prepared fundamental rescue training and a draft system of expert preparation.
