Czech unionists, activists to march through Prague on May 22

Czech trade unionists and "Stop the government"activists will stage a protest march against the government on May 22, Radka Sokolova, deputy chairwoman of the CMKOS umbrella trade union, said on Monday. She said the unions have not yet announced a general strike, but this would be discussed at a SMKOS meeting on May 22. The platform plans to "occupy ministries" whose reforms it criticises at the end of May and in early June.
