The Czech Republic registered over 10,000 new Covid cases for the first time since January 13 on Tuesday when laboratories identified 10,165 cases, some 1,000 more than a week ago, data released by the Health Ministry show. According to the data, 5,921 people are hospitalised with the coronavirus infection, which is a daily drop by 200. So far, the Czech Republic has reported 17,642 Covid-related deaths. Since the epidemic outbreak last March, the Czech Republic has had 1,055,415 confirmed coronavirus cases.
