Czech new liberal LIDEM party registration under way

The new party of Czech Deputy Prime Minister Karolina Peake and the deputies who have left the formerly government party Public Affairs (VV) filed a registration application with the Interior Ministry on Monday, LIDEM deputy Dagmar Navratilova said. The registration petition was signed by more than 1700 people. The ministry has one month to register the party. LIDEM does not yet have a logo or web pages. LIDEM stands for the words "liberal democracy." In Czech it also means "for people".
