Czech court again turns to EU over Slovak pensions top-up

The Czech Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) has again turned to the European Court of Justice with a question concerning the topping up of Slovak pensions for Czech citizens who worked in the Slovak part of then Czechoslovakia in the past, the NSS has written on its website. The NSS has asked the EU court to react to the latest verdict by the Czech Constitutional Court (US), which said the Czech state can continue topping up the pensions, as this does not discriminate against other EU citizens.
