The ministers of labour from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary agreed to work out a joint pilot program of fighting unemployment among young people. They met in Krakow on Friday for the first time since 2006. The program will be based on the best solutions applied in each of the four countries and be ready not later than by July 2014. According to figures provided by the ministers, under-25 unemployment measured 28pc in Poland, 16pc in the Czech Republic, 28.5pc in Hungary and 30pc in Slovakia.
