Tichy takes classified files away from Kozolka

Acting prosecutor-general Ladislav Tichy has taken away classified files from prosecutor Jaroslav Kozolka, Prosecutor-General's Office spokesperson Jana Tokolyova said on Friday. Kozolka has been facing allegations of collaboration with the erstwhile StB counter-intelligence service under the Communist regime. According to a document provided by the Czech Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes, he's supposed to have signed a declaration of such co-operation in December 1988.
