The Czech branch of Transparency International (TI) asked the Justice Ministry to re-examine the halt to minor offence proceedings with Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) over his suspected conflict of interest today, TI has said in a press release. On September 30, the Central Bohemia Regional Office definitively halted the proceedings in question. It was not proven in the proceedings that the minor offence had been committed and this is why the proceedings were definitively halted, Helena Frintova, from the regional office, said.
