Slovenia and Hungary have started working on plan to gradually ease border restrictions with a target date of June 1, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on Monday after talks with Zdravko Pocivalsek, Slovenia's economy minister. Szijjarto said restarting the economy meant resuming international cooperation, and this entailed easing border restrictions "without compromising the priority of people's health". The two ministers agreed the two countries had handled the epidemic successfully, Szijjarto said on Facebook. "Both Slovenia and Hungary took timely action and managed to prevent the epidemic from spreading."
