The European Union must have a clear and comprehensive strategy in its approach towards the issue of Belarus, the Hungarian foreign minister said in Brussels, before a meeting of his EU counterparts on Monday. It is important for the EU to prepare a long-term plan, effective from a political, economic and security point of view, Peter Szijjarto said in a video message sent to MTI. The EU should elaborate its plans under under Poland's guidance, he added.
