Supreme Court has to deal with Hitler's speeches case again

The Czech Supreme Court (NS) has to deal with the case of a controversial book with Adolf Hitler's speeches again as the Constitutional Court (US) today complied with the complaints lodged by all three suspects from the Guidemedia publishing house. Originally, the NS returned the case to the state attorney for further investigation. Based on the fresh US decision, however, the suspects' previous acquittal took effect again and the NS is bound to once again discuss the petition for an appellate review filed by Supreme State Attorney Pavel Zeman, who disagrees with the acquittal.
