Slovakia vows to continue defending multilateralism in foreign policy

According to materials approved by the government on Wednesday, Slovakia will continue to argue for multilateralism, the unity of the EU and the irreplaceable nature of transatlantic ties. "The need to oppose misinformation and activities that cast doubt on Slovakia's direction is growing as well," the Foreign Affairs Ministry, which prepared the document, said. "At the centre of Slovakia's foreign policies remains adequate care for our people and fellow citizens abroad, active enforcement of the economic interests of the state, including business activities abroad, accessing foreign markets and creating conditions for a better inflow of foreign investments to Slovakia," the materials say.
