Slovakia's Supreme Court has rejected complaints of the suspects who have been charged with the murder of investigative journalist Jan Kuciak and his fiancée Martina Kusnirova, TASR was told by court spokesperson Alexandra Vazanova on Tuesday. "The Supreme Court viewed complaints raised by three individuals identified for legal reasons only as Tomas Sz., Miroslav M. and Alena Z. as unfounded. The senate ruled out that the reasons for holding them in custody, as presented by the judge presiding over the preliminary proceedings, persist," said Vazanova. The judge presiding over the preliminary proceedings at the Specialised Criminal Court in Banska Bystrica ordered to place all four persons charged in the case of the journalist and his fiancée into custody on September 30. Apart from Zoltan A., the other three suspects appealed the decision. Their complaints were delivered to the Supreme Court on October 4.
