Slovakia seeks to be UN Security Council member

In 2028-2029 Slovakia wants to be one of the ten non-permanent members of the United Nations (UN) Security Council, which deals with threats to world peace and security, TASR learnt from the foreign ministry. Last time, Slovakia was a member of the Security Council in 2006-2007.
