The plenum of the Constitutional Court had its first session for more than two months on Thursday as it had been rendered non-functional due to lack of judges. The Court, led by new chairman Ivan Fiacan, okayed a new work schedule for the rest of this year. Currently, the Court has two working senates. The Court was unable to elaborate and approve a new schedule until President Andrej Kiska appointed three new members of the Court, namely Fiacan
