More than 5,000 citizens have signed an appeal that the election of the candidates for posts as Constitutional Court judges be public. The appeal has also been supported by more than twenty citizens' initiatives. "We want to see who votes for whom, what they base their decision on, so that the public can ask the representatives they elected what were their criteria for the candidates. The law itself supposes the vote to be public," Juraj Seliga of the 'For a decent Slovakia' initiative said.
