The opposition Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) party has called on police chief Milan Lucansky to dismiss Peter Hrasko from the post of National Crime Agency (NAKA) director, SaS spokesman Robert Bucek told TASR on Monday. According to SaS, NAKA under Hrasko's command has become a protector of impunity for certain people from the government and the business environment. "The final straw was Hrasko's attempt to misinform Lucansky about events and the subsequent police interrogation of activists from the 'For a Decent Slovakia' initiative," said SaS vice-chairman Lubomir Galko.
