Interior Minister Denisa Sakova (Smer-SD) didn't present a bill on changing the method of selecting the national police chief to the cabinet for discussion on Wednesday, stating that there wasn't a consensus on the latest draft in the governing Coalition. Sakova, who last week said that disputes on the draft would be resolved by the end of the week and the bill could be presented to the Government on Wednesday, wasn't more specific on who has objecting to the current wording. However, she revealed that the objections concerned the planned seven-year term of the new police chief.
