All Russian secret services were active in the Czech Republic last year, their main hybrid strategy goal being the manipulation of decision-making on all civil service levels, according to the Czech Security Information Service (BIS) counterintelligence report for 2018 released today. The BIS stated it has processed the documentation that led to the expelling of Russian "undeclared intelligence officers" in reaction to the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in the UK. The result was a weakening of the whole Russian intelligence network in the Czech Republic.
