Russian embassy wants Konev statue to be cleaned again

The Russian embassy sharply condemned the pouring of red paint on the Prague statue of Soviet Marshal Ivan Konev and the "No To the Bloody Marshall" writing on its plinth, demanding that the statue be cleaned, it writes on its website. The embassy said the barbarous act was an offence to the memory of the Red Army soldiers who died during the liberation of Czechoslovakia.
