The results of this year's election to one-third of the Senate, the upper house of Czech parliament, in 26 wards, held last weekend, were promulgated in the Digest of Laws on Tuesday and may be challenged with the Supreme Administrative Court as of Wednesday. The election was held in 27 wards, but one senator was elected in the first round already, held a week earlier, along with the elections to the regional assemblies. This result was promulgated with the regional election results on October 6. The ten-day deadline for filing complaints against the Senate election expires on October 23.
