Reconstructed cancer department opens in Bratislava

The oncohematology I department, which focuses on treating cancer of the lymphatic system at the National Cancer Institute (NOU) in Bratislava, has been reconstructed, with Health Minister Andrea Kalavska ceremonially opening it on Wednesday. More than 900 patients are admitted into the ward every year. The cost of the reconstruction project totalled 336,000 euros.
