Rasi seeks CCourt reveiw of Kosice vote

Incumbent mayor of Kosice Richard Rasi, who has recently run unsuccessfully for the post of governor, has filed a motion with the Constitutional Court to examine the process of vote counting in the November 4 regional elections, TASR learnt from the Smer-SD Kosice regional party organisation on Monday. Rasi wants the result of the governor election in Kosice region to be declared invalid. In the election, Rastislav Trnka (KDH, SaS, OLaNO, NOVA, SANCA) beat Rasi by a narrow margin of 875 votes.
TASR
