Rajtar files complaint over title transfer between Kocner's firms

Opposition Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) MP Jozef Rajtar on Monday filed a criminal complaint over the ownership transfer of ten flats in Bratislava, TASR reported. According to Rajtar, entrepreneur Marian Kocner was involved in the companies that were selling the flats as well as in the companies buying them. The purchasing price of four of the flats stood at 2,750,000 euros and 150,000 euros for six flats, all VAT-included. "The contract of purchase was concluded between the seller, whose active partner was Marian Kocner, and the buyer, whose active partner Marian Kocner served as the board of directors chair," wrote Rajtar in the complaint. Rajtar pointed out that the purchasing price in these cases doesn't reflect market prices for the transfer of ownership of ten luxury flats.
