Presidential spokesman: Constitution could arise in 2021

The new constitution could emerge on the centenary of the March Constitution, Polish presidential aide Paweł Mucha said in an interview with the Nasz Dziennik daily newspaper, referring to the basic law the reborn Polish state passed in 1921. Poland adopted the March Constitution on March 17, 1921, two and a half years after regaining its independence in the new world order that emerged when World War I ended.
