Prague offers million euros to Bosnia to reinforce border police

The Czech Republic has offered one million euros to Bosnia to reinforce its border police and stem the inflow of refugees crossing the Bosnian territory on their way further to the EU, the Foreign Ministry told CTK today. Czech ambassador to Sarajevo Jakub Skalnik conveyed the offer of aid to Bosnian Security Minister Dragan Mektic on Thursday and asked him to send a list of items the Bosnian border police need so that the donation plan can be approved by the Czech cabinet.
