Prague ODS regional council rejects TOP 09 proposal

The Civic Democrat (ODS) Prague regional council will not accept the draft coalition agreement of TOP 09 that demands the mayor's post and seven seats in the 11-seat city council, the ODS announced on Wednesday. The ODS Prague council unanimously supported the resolution of the councilmen's group that expressed support for Prague Mayor Bohuslav Svoboda (ODS). The ODS insists on the current division of forces in the Prague City Council, but will negotiate about a new division of competences.
