Polish raw-steel production down y/y in June

Raw steel production in Poland fell by 7.1 percent year on year to 780,000 tonnes in June 2019, the World Steel Association reported on Monday. In the first six months of 2019, raw-steel production in Poland fell by 6.0 percent year on year to 4.91 million tonnes. In the whole year 2018, raw steel production in Poland totalled 10.17 million tonnes, down by 1.6 percent compared with the previous year.
