On September 1, the anniversary of the German invasion of Poland that triggered the second world war, President Andrzej Duda will visit the northern town of Tczew, where he will take part in ceremonies related to the outbreak of WW2. At the invasion site of Westerplatte on the Baltic coast, meanwhile, the president will be represented by the leadership of the National Security Bureau (BBN), the head of the President's Office, Krzysztof Szczerski, told PAP on Friday.
