Polish President Andrzej Duda and International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva at their Thursday meeting in Davos, Switzerland, discussed the regional Three Seas Initiative, Duda's aide Krzysztof Szczerski told PAP. The talk focused on the Polish-Croatian Three Seas Initiative that Duda has been actively promoting, according to Szczerski. "The IMF holds a positive view about the initiative, particularly as a tool for the development of infrastructural connections supporting the single market and economic security," the presidential aide said. The IMF chief accepted Duda's invitation to attend the upcoming Three Seas summit, which this year will take place in Tallinn on June 17, Szczerski told PAP.
