Polish president blocking judicial reform - Sejm Speaker

Negotiations on changes to Poland's judicial system are dragging and it seems that this "makes no sense", the deputy speaker of parliament's lower house, the Sejm, said on Friday. According to Ryszard Terlecki, it is surprising that President Andrzej Duda "has stalled these changes and is now blocking their implementation".
