More reductions of deputy ministerial jobs will be announced on Monday, PM Mateusz Morawiecki said in Brussels on Thursday after he accepted the first resignation of a deputy minister. PM's Office head Michal Dworczyk the prime minister had accepted the resignation of Jaroslaw Pinkas, a secretary of state at the PM's Office. Resignations by two deputy infrastructure ministers have also been accepted, according to unofficial reports by the wPolityce.pl website. Asked at a press conference about any further dismissals, PM Morawiecki said he was going to talk to some of his ministers on how to "make the government leaner".
