The status quo regarding hauliers' rights will remain unchanged in the near future, Kosma Zlotowsky, MEP of the ruling Law and Justice party, told a press conference, after an EP committee rejected the European Commission's proposal of a new mobility legislation package. "We've been saying from the very beginning that the entire mobility package should be postponed till the next (EP) term. [...] [The rejection of the proposal] is good for Eastern Europe, it is good for Poland," Zlotowski said after the vote.
