Polish gov't sets out to combat air pollution

January 18th, 2018

Polish Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology Jadwiga Emilewicz said on Thursday that solving the problem of air pollution would be one of the priorities on her ministerial agenda. Emilewicz's words came at a conference devoted to the "Bridge to MassChallenge Warsaw", a scheme which provides global opportunities for the best start-up companies in Central and Eastern Europe. The official said she was happy that the programme had attracted "start-ups which seek to help solve the problem of air pollution in Poland." "This is one of the priorities on my ministerial agenda," she added, "a big challenge and we want to work with those who provide new technologies."
