Polish-German joint parliamentary session cancelled

A joint session of the Polish Sejm and the German Bundestag originally scheduled for Wednesday has been cancelled for technical reasons, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced. Commenting on the Bundestag's Tuesday announcement that the Polish side had cancelled the sitting because of the internal situation in Poland, Morawiecki said the reasons were purely technical and lay on the Polish side. He added that the Sejm speaker would be sure to provide a more detailed explanation of the reasons behind the meeting's cancellation.
