Polish FM satisfied with Von der Leyen as choice for EC president

Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz expressed satisfaction at erstwhile German Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen's election as European Commission president. Speaking in Washington, where he was attending a two-day Atlantic Council conference, Czaputowicz justified his positive assessment of Von der Leyen with her pro-Atlantic stance.
