Polish consumer sentiment down in December
December 19th, 2018
Poland's consumer sentiment worsened in December compared to its November level in terms of the current situation and picked up in terms of predictions for the future, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) announced on Wednesday. The indicator of current consumer confidence (BWUK), designed to show trends in individual consumption, stood at 1.1 percentage points in December down by 4.1 pps from October. Year on year, the BWUK dropped by 1 percentage point in December.
