Poland will certainly not back down from pursuing its own policy in such fields as the judiciary or migration, Deputy PM and Minister of Culture and National Heritage Piotr Glinski has told PAP. Asked whether he saw an end to Poland's dispute with the European Union, Minister Glinski stressed: "We are in the right. All those who have read the Polish Constitution and are aware of our recent history know why the reform of the judicial system was necessary." He added that the details of the reform have been changed in line with the EU's expectations. "What we have in the laws is a mix of various European solutions."
